Butyrate Supplements

Butyrate, also known as succinate, is a natural product of the glycosides found in Butyric acid or Butyrate. It is a highly volatile substance which can only be produced under extreme heat (i.e. when the temperature is about 300 degrees Celsius). So, it is not possible to produce Butyrate from any other source and therefore must be obtained directly from the plant from which it is prepared.

Butyrate Supplements are now readily available on the market as a health supplement and are recommended for the management of a number of common disorders. Butyrate supplements act as an antiseptic, deodorizer, expectorant and anti-inflammatory agent. Butyrate has shown to be effective in the treatment of bronchial diseases, asthma, cystic fibrosis, conjunctivitis, eczema, diarrhea, angina, hay fever, piles, stasis, sore throats and stomach ulcers.

Butyrate does not cause any side effects and is generally safe for consumption. Butyrate is usually administered orally in tablet or capsule form, with the most commonly used delivery systems being oral sprays, lozenges and gels. Butyrate is believed to be effective for treatment of genital herpes, genital warts, shingles, migraine headaches, varicose veins, herpes labialis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, Lupus, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, ulcerative colitis, hepatitis C, HIV/ AIDS, liver cancer, kidney stones and cancers of the digestive tract.
